It is vitally important that men are encouraged to talk about their feelings and problems rather than bottling things up. It takes courage for a man to open up as they are taught from an early age not to express feelings. As a result, men have little or no experience of talking about personal issues.
I just hope more men can find the strength and courage to overcome the barriers to talking and can reach out for help and support when they need it. Talk to Tartan because nae problem is worth yer life.
